New Breaking Dawn Set - Cullen's Back Yard Fight Training
Here are some new photos from an upcoming Breaking Dawn set.
This will be where some fight training and perhaps a Bella/Emmet arm wrestling match may be filmed.
It is a great clearing surrounded by real and extra prop trees. It has filming equipment set up and several props and set dressings.
Not too far up the public dog walking trail is this building which had set designers working hard at yesterday.
Today all was quiet in the snow.
Some speculate this is the back of the Cullen house (since we have never actually seen it on film) and that the house will serve as back drop to the scenes happening in the backyard.
What do you think this is for?
If I find out I will let you know.
Any other ideas on what the building is? We have seen the cottage and it is not Jake's or Bella's obvously - hrmmmm.....

*Edit - I have confirmed the clearing is for fight training but that is all I know. The building may be (as commenters have suggested) a Denali home or it could simply be a pre-exsisting building that will be used as a circus? Time will tell.

Wolves Roaming Vancouver
Bronson and Kiowa out and "aboot" in Vancouver tee hee - yes I can make fun of my own people eh?
I kinda wanna see these boys again - last time I saw them was in Portland and Bronson thought I was his body guard because I was helping out with the convention and part of my "duties" included getting the boys from their hotel rooms to escort them down to the main hall. Also got to hang out with them and Charlie B after hours enjoying the city - super funny guys - but really Bronson - ME? body guard? LOL

Breaking Dawn Set Preparations Today
Today after work I took a drive by Jacob Black's House and saw preparations being done for filming.
Here are some photos from just a few hours ago of Jacob Black's House.
They have added the fire wood, boat buoys, the Black mailbox and other details.
There is no ocean nearby this actual location, so it's funny when they add boats, crab traps (which they did for the previous two movies) and all the boating and fishing props. They seem so obviously out of place, but perfect touches for the movies.
This is very exciting to see. There were several set designers hard at work laying everything out in preparations for filming. Like most sets, days, if not weeks of preparation are done prior to filming. Often this part of the film making process takes just as long or longer than the filming itself.
Fans who wish to go see the Jacob Black house to take photos of the lil red house, I encourage you to go before or after filming because with New Moon and Eclipse filming they blocked the entire street off so you could not see the actual house.

Breaking Dawn Filming Report - Day 3 Vancouver
Numerous people have asked me for daily reports on Breaking Dawn filming as I have done in the past with the previous Twilight Saga Movies filmed locally.
I will do my best.
Information [and my free time] is not as readily available as with previous movies, but here is what I do know so far:
-Day One & Two: Alaska Scenes.There was the arrival of Denali Clan Cast and then the shot of Robert Pattinson in snow.
-Day Three: Wolf Scenes.
It was a cold one today and the wolfpack tweeted about their experiences today on set:
That's all I know so far... I will try to post as often as possible as I learn anything new.

It is not that I disagree with going to live sets [I have been before] it is just that I do not want to post information that sends dozens of fans to a live set because that could cause issues for filming interuption, safety issues (cast and fans) and numerous other problems I won't be a part of causing.
During New Moon, at Bella's house I witnessed a crazy fans behaviour and since then I just don't feel comfortable posting info to LIVE sets - but if there is no current filming at a location, I have no problem sharing details with other fans - if I have details
I will always post information after I learn they wrap a particular scene/set/location - so if you are interested, check back again soon!

Where are the Cullens?
Fans are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, AShley Greene, Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli and Liz Reaser who have yet to be spotted in Vancouver.

Breaking Dawn returns to previous sets
With all the excitement of the Cottage Photos I took Sunday, I have neglected the old, faithful, familiar sets of Twilight's past.
Twilight Saga New Moon and Eclipse both filmed in Vancouver and it seems Breaking Dawn will re-use some of those locations for filming.
Last week we saw Bella Swan's house covered with festive Christmas decorations and this week I re-visted some of these familiar past sets to see if anything was noticably different, indicating a possible return for filming the last two films.
Here are some photos of both the Swan and Black house - looking festive with wreaths on the doors.
With the cast slowly arriving, including some wolves today (and Robsten arriving last night)filming is sure to start soon.
Where will they go?
Where to first?
That I do not know... Here are some guesses based on scenes planned to be shot, gossip amongst fans and knowledge of the local area...
Pemberton or Whistler to film the Denali Clan and some "Alaska" shots?
Bella Swan's for some Christmas scenes?
Jacob's House on the rez for some wolf time? or Future Life with Teenaged Renesmee?
The Cottage for sweet loving?
New locations waiting to be discovered?
Time will tell .... Stay Tuned, you know I will be on it and reporting anything I can find out for fans wishing to keep up-to-date on the happenings here in Hollywood North.

Here is a list of rumoured scenes to be shot over the next 7 weeks in Vancouver. Of course filming schedules change like the wind... weather, lighting, timing, actors, crew, and numerous other factors can result in changes - but based on the planned scenes to be shot we can assume there will be some use of old sets as well as new sets yet to be discovered.

Teenaged Renesmee Cast - Christie Burke
TwiCrackAddict's Lorabell (and my twi-buddy / Forks Roadtripping partner) posted info today on a teenaged Renesmee:
According to her representation, Performers Management in Vancouver Christie is 5'7, has hazel eyes, brown hair... and weighs 115lbs
Exciting News? We already know the Scenes to be shot so we can assume that indeed this young lady will get to frolick with Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black in the future - together - lucky lady!
Although this has not been officially announced by Summit, so stay tuned for that!

Wolves arrive in Vancouver
This morning Alex Meraz and Bronson Pelletier arrived in Vancouver and hit a Mc Donalds on their way to the hotel.
Apparently they wanted big macs but it was too early swo they settled for sausage mc muffins... riveting news right? *eye roll*

This makes me laugh.... one because fans love it, two because it is so boring and stupid - i mean, standing around the airport and going to Mc Donalds, but three because I am POSTING IT ha ha - don't get me wrong, Bronson is my lil' buddy - we have bonded over several encounters during Eclipse and also at conventions, but it just cracks me up how THESE photos excite us fans - ha ha.
